Accessibility for Data and Data Repositories: Understanding and Applying the 2024 ADA Title II Rule

RDAP is pleased to announce the release of the report Accessibility for Data and Data Repositories: Understanding and Applying the 2024 ADA Title II Rule produced by the RDAP Digitally Accessible Data and Data Repositories Working Group. 

The report provides a detailed look at how the April 2024 U.S. Department of Justice final rule on implementing Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web content will affect data repositories and the data they host. The report has three parts: the first section focuses on laws and standards, the second on repositories, and the third on making research data accessible.
