This webinar will examine the career paths towards supervisory and management roles in library data services, and the needs, benefits, and challenges of such “middle management” roles. The panel discussion will explore these supervisory and management roles at four different institutions. Panelists will be asked to share what their positions entail and suggestions on professional development opportunities towards these positions.
